Muffins yesterday, donuts today. Somebody at my office is trying to test my will power. Luckily, I've resisted both, but it's been hard. Someone else brought in some homemade cinnamon toasted almonds, I did allow myself some of those, and they were delicious. I didn't do my full workout today, I skipped the abs workout and just did strength, but at least I got up and did something. Tonight my daughter has volleyball practice, so I might try to shag the balls for the coach and get a little more movement in. I'm still tired today, so I'm hoping that I can get to bed at a decent time tonight. I got to bed by about 9:30 and was up at 5, so not too bad, but I think I'm still catching up from the weekend. I also woke up thinking that it was Wednesday, so it was discouraging when I found out it was Tuesday. Ugh! This week is going to drag. Maybe that's why people have been brining food to the office, we all need the sugar rush to get us through this long week.
