Journal de JJisFit4AA, 09 juin 10

I had pizza lunch with my co-workers. It had chicken, artichoke heatrts and tomatos on it. I picked around the cheese and ate very little crust. I had the tops of 2 pizza slices. I don't know exactly how to count that in my food journal. I threw most of the pizza crust away and ate the toppings:
1/4 large pizza crust
4-6 artichoke hearts
3-5 tomato slices
2 oz cheese
a small amount of spinach
a small amount of pizza sause

I walked away from the cookies and turned them down when I had them offered to me. All in all I didn't do too badly. I'll watch what I eat for the rest of the day and tomorrow to make up for my day of fun with co-workers.

The scale is crazy, today it had me down 2 lbs because I drank a bunch of water yesterday...perhaps I should do that again today!

I managed to get a gallon in yesterday without problem. I was told I need to drink much more water than I have been because I workout almost every day. I should get 93 ounces + more because of the workouts.

That's a lot of water!!
