Wow quite a lot over my target today, definitely won't be doing that again particularly from the point of view of the fat and carb intake.

Have you thought about doing circuit training? You do a majority of calisthenics, which will be great for your muscle tone and strength, but you're neglecting cardio and endurance. It might help with your parkour. I find that circuit training is a great all-round workout for increasing strength, endurance, power, cardio fitness, fat loss and muscle tone. Also, be careful of your sugar - I'd be more concerned with keeping sugar as low as possible, rather than worrying about carbs. Also, if you combine cardio with a weight lifting program (while 'eating clean'), you can eat LOADS, which is awesome. That's what I've found has helped me the most, more than limiting calories or excessive cardio. But it depends what you want your body to look and work like in the end, which is why I'm suggesting circuit training. P.S Have a look at creating your own 'park fitness' workout if you cant or wont use a gym - hill sprints, explosive plyometrics, pull/push ups, lunges/squats, dips, sit ups, combined with jogging and pilates style training is just as effective as an expensive class :D

Thanks for the suggestions buttercreambunny. It is difficult for me to classify my exercise on fatsecret because my exercise does include aspects of cardio, endurance and circuit training (excluding parkour-specific training). Really and truly I'm using fatsecret just to track my intake more than anything so thank you for the suggestions on keeping sugar as low as possible, I'll keep an eye on it.
