Had my hubbys brothers funeral yesterday.Shame the only time we see most of these people its at funerals.Wayne owned a bait shop at the lake here and his children and grandchildren have the horrible task of first letting close family members come and take what they wanted.All the little ones got fishing poles.My hubby got a frog lure that his great uncle (91) that was at the funeral,gave to wayne.My daughter got a crystal angel that she gave her uncle wayne for his birthday.My son got some signs with waynes name on it.My other daughter took uncle waynes turtle and cat that he rescued.They all took small sentimental objects.All they really wanted was Wayne.

I have to walk my son onto the football field friday.His last high school football game.I believe I will cry.

Diet and exercise are doing fine.I just dont feel motivated at this moment.I havent lost it .just a little blue.

Hubby left for Tenn. at 3am.wont be back til saturday.

So sorry about your loss. Funerals are so hard. Last high school football game. My time does fly doesn't it. Good that you are sticking to diet and exercise even during emotional times. Pat yourself on the back. Hoping you will cheer up today. Hugs.

My condolences. Sounds like Wayne was dearly loved. No one blames you for feeling blue - life takes precedent over diet.

Awww, sorry you are having such an emotional week. Sadly, we have had too many family gatherings at funerals. We "always" say that we need to plan a reunion at a time that is NOT a funeral, and yet we never do. :( Will this week be easier for you in your eating since dh will not be home or does it make much difference to you? I know that last week I really enjoyed not having to cook for anyone other than myself, but then again your ds is still at home with you right? That is really neat that they let you walk your son onto the field for the last game! Go Proud Mama!!! There will be new phases in your son's life to get excited over! :)

my dh gave his cell # to his fave cuz.hopefully they get in touch.food doesnt change whether dh is home or not.everybody eats what i cook or they fix their own.my son hardly ever eats low carb but he burns alot more calories.i am very excited about walking ds onto field friday.so glad i dont weigh 210.
