well i worked last night 3rd shift and i went down to lunch not knowing the cafeteriaw wasnt open yet not till 1 am so i went to the vending machine and i repeat i tried to buy an ice cream sandwich put the money in and it got stuck so shook the vendingmachine i quote it did not come down so i just got my money back went up stairs with my diet soda and just waited till six i went down to the hospital starbucks and i know im following atkins but i needed to eat and i was very very shakey i bought a wheat scone and a breve coffee sugar free carmel flavoring tall iced latee love to all shelly.

This is exactly what I'm bad at...one thing I've had to learn to avoid sabatoging my diet is to PLAN AHEAD...it'll make these times less stressful...hope that helps some =)
