omg how I missed the gym. How I missed the way lifting weights makes me feel. I get this chill and a burst of energy and pure joy. I can't explain it. I get lost in my music at the gym and lose track of time, and I'm not anybody's mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt. I'm just me bopping to my tunes. So relaxed, I feel so confident. I tried googling the chill and burst of energy and I can't find it anywhere. I truly did miss it though. I don't get that from cardio. Just weights. I love how my muscles feel as they stretch.
