When I first started on this site, one of the things I liked best was entering my food and having it automatically count it. It seemed great.
But now, I'm realizing why so many of you record your food entries on your own with the journal entries. It seems like in the last few days, I've had to enter customized things over and over because the data base is so limited on low-carb options - or they are inaccurate. Like, the Atkins bars. I ate one a couple days ago and it only counted as 2 carbs on the diet. But on the food database, it came up as 12!!!!
So, here's what I ate today.
Breakfast - 3 slices of bacon - (0) 1 hard boiled egg - (1)
Lunch - low carb pita with pepperoni, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, onions, peppers and a little italian dressing - (9)
Dinner - 2 tacos with low-carb tortillas - (18)
Snacks - tea with a touch of cream - (2) sugar free pudding - (4)
TOTAL = 34
This is TOTALLY over my goal of 20-25 per day. But I still felt like I did pretty good. I ate really well today!!! But I stayed with some pretty healthy choices.
