Yesterday I decided I was going to try eating without counting points. My daily allowance is 22 and I ended at 25. I ran 2.5 miles on the treadmill so I guess the 3 points over isnt bad, BUT it made me realize I still need to pay attention to points. ONE OTHER food item and I could have gone WAY over. It doesnt help that a BINGED on pizza Thursday night. I reread my first journal entry and am very encouraged about how far I have come since then. But I am also little frustrated at how far I have to go...20 pounds is really quite a bit and my motivation is starting to wain.... But this website helps. Helps to keep me motivated. One day, one moment at a time. Does food really have to control me???
