i knew from the beginning that exercise was going to be my weakest link.it is! i will be going great...then poof....i skip a day of exercise then two and so on.throw in a couple high carb days and less water.i am still in the 160s...barely.i havent gone overboard just got lazy.back to basics.LOW CARB,WATER,EXERCISE.i wish i would quit slipping!!!

It is so hard to get yourself in that mode where it is automatic, but that is what we need to do. Just do it and don't think about it. I am struggling with this too.

I struggled all summer long! I kept going down a couple pounds then back up, then down, then up! But I kept coming here, and logging in and tracking, and venting to everyone, and ONE DAY......it just clicked in. I'm not really sure if it was the impending visit of my daughter and the holidays, but hang in there because you never know what might be the inspiration to start you off on the attempt that will work for you! For me it's been somewhat of a snowball affect, I started to lose a few pounds and that motivated me, and then some of my clothes started feeling looser and that motivated me, and now each 5lb increment seems to be coming quicker and that motivates me! So keep plugging away because you never know what little bit of advice, or event, or change in your lifestyle will be the one that will make the difference!
