HALLELUJAH! Under 200 - weight 199 this AM! Go me! Go me! Go me! :D Never again will I see those numbers again! Never again will I know what it feels like to be 200lbs! I feel bloated, but the scales don't show it! YES! I know I said that I would reward myself with the new Caramel Coffee shake @ Chick-fil-A when I got to 199, but ... I have been reading Jillian Micheals' (Biggest Loser) book called "Winning By Losing." She reminded me that I should not reward my goals with food! So, instead of that delicious shake with 810 calories & 130 carbs, I will reward myself by going to the beach this weekend with my hubby! Yeah! I can't wait! I am going to feel sooooooo much better in that swimsuit now! :D Lord, help me to stay on the diet on this vacation! I AM NOT going back to the 2's!!!!!!!!
