My DH is back on all his meds and low-carb with me.He went to doc the other day and she YELLED at him for not visiting for 2 years.His last blood work was bad.You know all the stuff that comes with being obese.So now I check his blood sugar in the morning and he records it.I fill his am/pm pill box and I feed him low carb.Now if only he would move more.You know what really sucks is he will probably drop 10lbs or more by Christmas and I might see 160lbs if I work my butt off.

My fourth grandbaby is supposed to arrive today(according to the doctor)His father is hunting.That is typical for the men in my family.

DH,son and youngest daughter went pheasant hunting yesterday.Fist time my daughter has been since off drugs and mental melt downs.She has been wanting to get back to hunting.I am happy they took her.

I need to fix breakfast and workout.Then later I am having my 7 month old granddaughter spend the night.She tries to get into everything.Happy SATURDAY!!
