That’s what makes them taste so good! 😭 You have crazy awesome willpower, I’d eat the whole bag! LOL

… I love when you get 'pissed off', you usually then go into **beast mode** and start to "Kill It" for weeks... 😜

I know, it is crazy how many empty calories some junk has.

Pretty sure the one pictured is a mini cup and it has ~40 calories.

that doesn't seem right for that little one. I'm almost positive that when I was buying the normal size roses cups, it was 250 calories for the 2 of them.

All I know is that Hershey's Kisses are 25 calories and six squares of my Chocolov Raspberry bar is 150 calories. I would go with Diablo's number. 😊

If it fits in your meal plan eat it and enjoy it. Feeling deprived leads to bigger problems...

I learned that I have to include these things into my eating plan. If I don't allow and plan for small indulgences to keep me in control, I turn into a ravenous monster

Omg Diablo is right!! That is a mini. I forgot about the regular ones. 40 cals is still a lot though. Usually I’d eat at least 6 of them 😐

I stuck the bag in the deep freeze 😅 maybe I will forget about them for a while.

Good reason to have fruit around. A normal peach has the same amount of calories and takes much longer to eat.

I feel you. As someone working in a school I got way too many boxes of chocolates from students. I let myself have two per day of my favorite for 3 days and let my kids have 1 chocolate for dessert for a couple of days and then chucked the rest. It isn't healthy for any of us and passing it along only makes someone else more unhealthy. Wasteful yes, but when you don't want the calories sometimes chucking the sweets is best.

Remember that there is no such thing as forbidden food. Just offset something else. You can do it
