Tried to add some extra exercise tonight by doing some weightlifting with a friend along with my evening run. I found I need to add some calories because I was definitely feeling light-headed. Damn... the perpetual adding of calories seems to be a problem for me. If I'm going to start working out more I may even have to add a pre-workout meal for some carbs to avoid the light-headed feeling. Either that or I'll pick up Ultimate Diet 2.0. Hmmm... we'll just have to see what happens.
