You will do better, just remember, little cheats here and hurts you more than it helps you, it's like quiting smoking, you can't keep puffing on one once in a while just quit. Apply the same principal to food until you reach goal........... 

You're not alone, today I start over too. I messed up last night and now I'm reaping what I've sown and I feel so bad but I vow to start today fresh so I'm with you! Good Luck!!! 

im starting fresh too but ive noticed its easier if you do cheat that the atkins diet is alot easier to get back on the band wagon. love shelly.
