Sunday. Working again today. Last night I walked 12.477 steps, 8.3 kms, went up 6 flights of stairs, and burned 2,244 calories. I took in 1184 calories, but my meals on Saturdays are always estimates, so it is probably higher. I had #29.

Good dedication, please be cautious of creating too much of a gap between cal in and out, you can drastically lower your metabolism
