Stuffed cabbage this was March 3rd it looks better today before I cut it up to eat. I’ve been trying to have a meal lunch times and something lighter to eat evening time as with my hernia I’ve been going to bed bloated and suffering reflux and it’s not nice so hopefully this will sort things.Thanks to all FS friends who have supported me 👍
