I actually started a workout plan about two weeks ago. I have lost 4 lbs without dieting. I'm working out a low calorie diet plan for myself and today is the first day. it seems to be going well but im worried about night time ( thats when im a mad muncher. Im supposed to hit 200 by january but its not going that quickly so we will see. I really like this website though! found it on accident looking for a calorie count on something. Wish me good willpower ;)

Hey Jar! I TOTALLY get the night eating. I have been terrible with it the past two weeks. I am awesome until 10pm, then I have to have no sugar ice cream, then I eat an Atkins brownie, and I'm like DOH!

Well last night was hard. My metobolically blessed brother had a little minnie feast from all the stuff in my fridge and cubbords that I have sworn off in the name of weight loss. Sooo yes all of my comfort foods waaaa, but I made it through with two mandarine oranges and a mug of tea go me!!! One pound down this morning too ....I think I can....I think I can!!!

You should be so proud of yourself, my new FS friend! I don't usually struggle weeknights, but weekends are tough for me. I try to take it 1 day, meal or moment at a time, but it's not always easy. Keep it up! Hope the workout plan is working too!
