I know what you mean, my hasband and my dad will be wanting to go out after church today but I am going to try and pick out something that I can actually eat! I do eat Chinese sometimes but I try to stick to the meat and vegies which I know has some hidden sugars in them but I try not to eat a whole lot and the ones we go to usually have a "salad bar" ... not that much on it but I try to eat off it after my small plate of whatever to fill me up. I'm having it rough right now though, I'm just not at that point where I'm "feeling" smaller or good about myself. Sounds like you are on a roll girl, so keep up the good work!!!
