Good day getting use to eating less carbs I love the cabbage omelet in pan with cheese 🧀 Was fuller only got hungry father 3 this morning and insulin level came down 😍will take it day by day

u seem to realy have been dealt a bad hand when coming too health I'm also insulin diabetic and take twice a day but eating nealy no carbs is been helping alot I have a sugar of 4-7 each day and was before in the 20's but I've also managed to lose just over 22kg in just over 2 months it's hard be live me but we only life once .make your scale your daily friend that's what helps me....just try see if if works for u good luck
