Just finished at the gym for 75 minutes. 1350 calories consumed so far. On my way to 3000 today.

By this time Wednesday, I'll have 2.5 hours at the gym and 2750 calories under my belt... and that's just up until lunch! Totaling 4000+ calories on Wednesday! It'll be a challenge, but I can do this! 😉

I'm not sure where I'll fit it all. Anyone got an extra stomach laying around the house they wanna sell?

I have a hard time staying under 4k. Pop tarts and Cheeseburgers lol

Sounds like a good way to tell your body to produce more fat cells so it can store all the excess energy. Hope I'm wrong and you're right.

Only 500 surplus? That's not bad. I was thinking wrong - putting it into my circumstances where it would be a 2k surplus. verstehe

It’s refreshing to see you active guys having large calorie days. It makes me feel a lot better about it myself. I worked out tonight with my trainer pretty hard doing benchpress is in pull-ups set up’s and such after working all day at the shipyard. Came home to do a lot of housework. Definitely worth the 3000 cal.
