3 Days in... only consuming food between 12pm and 18:00pmand fasting for 18hours is not as easy as it seems. burning 3000cals a day and only consuming 2000... maybe 2200 every now and then... 2 to 3 ltr if water a day... gone cold turkey on sugar except via the odd juice or fruitbar.... had 2 cups of coffee today. 1 at 12 and 1 at 18:00pm... still got the shakes.... lets keep it at 1 a day! 1.4kg in 3 days is slow... but its progress.
