Saturday-day off yesterday, tried "Mall Walking" to get my steps up. 4,534 steps, 5 floors, 3.03 kms, 1697 calories. With my dinner out, my estimated in calories were 1617, so that's good! Not sure about Mall Walking yet, I need less clothes (no coat!) and no money to be swayed by the sales I see on the way! I was only there for an hour, but it was much nicer than an hour on the treadmill, which is so-o-o-o boring! I'm working today so my steps will be up.
