Sunday: Worked last night, 10,395 steps, 7.32 kms, 6 floors, burning 2,219 calories. I ate 1,110 calories. I'm trying to up my calories on the days that I am working but it's difficult as I only have 15 minutes to eat, and I'm trying to cut down on night time carbs. Still plateauing. Working again today, but probably not as many steps.
