Feeling good so far. Usually when I do phase 1 I get an awful 2 or 3 day headache. But this time I haven't. So Yay!! we have another night at the ball park, 3 games tonight, so I am trying to decide what to cook. Maybe i won't cook. it will be way too early to eat before we go and way too late to eat when we get home, so maybe i will just take some snacks to eat while we are there. this is really hard to do when we are gone so much at night. but i can do it!

Fill a tupperware tub with good veggies, humus, grilled chicken and a little healthy dip to snack on! :) You can do it! You're doing great getting back into it! :)

I know exactly what you mean...my youngest son plays college baseball and we travel alot to his games(7-8 hrs away) and then we have double headers each day and are out of town for at least 3 days, it's extremely hard. I bring snacks to the game-veggies w/ peanut butter, protein bars, low fat cheese sticks, I even have made PB&J with real PB and SF jam and that gives a protein boost and add special k protein powder to my water-only 30 cals, no sugar no fat and 5 fibers so that helps, also even if it's late try having a bowl of progresso soup only 1 pt on WW when you get home, the warmth seems to fulfill me and I am satisfied. Hope this helps I don't do SB but I hope this fits in your plan. Take care-Granny Schaf

a nice general dip that goes with veggies of all types and chicken pieces is the balsamic vinegar the imluuved posted...i add a little more garlic to it...tastes great on grape tomatos
