It's such a gorgeous day and I coming in from a day in the barn, doors wide open and goats running around everywhere. And I'm going to my favorite thai restaurant. It's my cheating day... I'll probably be sensible but with a glass of delicious californian chardonnay... Man, life is great!

Hi there! OK, how was that cheat day? lol Hope that you enjoyed it and things are back on track. I love the puppy picture (yours?). I have my "first" puppy - the love of my life...Gracie. My children have had pups, but now that I'm enjoying an empty nest I wanted a little pooch to spoil. Hope that all is well with you.

Cheat day was awsome. I did pretty good, healthy choices. Back on track, but my scale doesn't seem to be kind to me... Dog in the picture is Rufus, full grown Schapendoes (dutch dog), best dog in my life.
