It's been a pretty good two weeks for me and I'm happy with my weight loss. I've been trying to instill new habits and it's working. I get up each day and weigh myself and generally feel so much better. I am working on the exercise part of it and that still needs work. I just want to move my body 30 min. daily and anything more I can do. My favorite breakfast has been steel cut oatmeal with dried cranberries, raisins, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, splenda and a little milk. I like the idea of having the same breakfast daily so I alternate between eggs/ 1 slice of hearty grain bread or the oatmeal. It's working for me. I think just stopping the evening snacking, has been the most beneficial. I am fitting into some size 12's now and the fourteens will soon be tossed. Yeah!!!!!
