Been too busy to get around to weighing in or posting anything. This was my Monday morning workout! Best burn since recovering from Pharyngitis and Flu and I was loving every minute of it. It was SO mich much working out again at full capacity again!

I wish I could run, but it hurts my back... I do a cardio/boxing workout where we use a combination of boxing bags and sparring... Lots of fun! This is the most I've ever gotten out of a workout... Going to try match it again tomorrow.

Cool man. Good way to get the frustration out of the system. Which Garmin do you have?

I'm using a Forerunner 735xt ... It's great for tracking stuff, but I am finding it a bit too chunky with wraps and gloves for boxing...
