I'm going for a low cal day today to get it out of the way..oohh I don't want to but here goes! last week of the challenge and I gotta stay focused! I already gave into an ice cream craving today(low fat/calorie), so I have to stick with protein and veg for dinner and any other snack I may need. Wish me luck, these days are not as fun!! I love to ZIGZAG though! I can't wait for this horrid week to be over so I can see that scale go down. EVIL WATER RETENTION!! I have been putting it off, but I need to go work out now. My back is really hurting and stiff, I think I will do some yoga after my cardio. It's my best chance since Kaelyn is napping. I hope everyone is well! I'll catch up alter, after I do my daily duties! :)
