Woke at 236.6, down 4.6 from yesterday’s 36-hour fast. Moving a lot of water. Eating today. UPDATE: Had bacon, eggs, and cheese for breakfast and then got too busy for lunch. Had a burger at 4 (and some beers) and then ate sardines, cheese, and peanut butter at home to round out the calorie target. Got to 235.4 walking in the door. Fasting tomorrow but I will be with my boss near lunchtime and that may result in our going out. If so, tomorrow will be an OMAD day with a catch up over the weekend.
