Still getting my walk going, but it's improving. Walked for 20 minutes today...not sure the distance, as it veered well off my half mile path I already measured. I would say I walked probably 3/4 of a mile at least though. I need to come up with a good weight routine also now. My back/hip hurt a bit during the walk today...bulging disc in the back and easily irritated hip muscles from a hip replacement. I have to be careful about those, but a Motrin should do the trick and alleviate any pain that minor. I think the rest of today's workout is going to consist of carpet cleaning.

Okay...I drove the route I walked earlier, and it was exactly one mile! Yay for me! lol That's a good walk for me right now on my bum hip. I hope to build that to two miles before very long, though.
