I can do it, I can do it, I can do it. 16.4 pounds away from my goal weight. I am down 21.8. Quite an accomplishment, but SOOOO hard! I love to eat. There is very little I enjoy more than eating. That is sad for me to say really. But it is getting easier to get control and I am feeling great in my new weight. One Day at a time, One Day at a time...Lots of mantras going on in my head... I need them to keep me going!
