Yesterday was a full blown bummer! So today I felt was a good time to give it a rest and delay food as long as possible. I’ve never done a fast and was worried that I was going to have a crash while in church, but I drank a few cups of green tea, and had no issues. So I ended with a 16 hour fast. I was so pleased and felt great. I served Sunday dinner for my family and I chose to break my fast with smoothie. I had great energy for the afternoon working out in the yard. And wasn’t hungry
