All jokes aside - today is day 1 of our customised meal plans, courtesy of a friend who specializes in this kind of thing. He's having hubby and I cycle our carbs - today is high carb day, and also our highest calorie day. Thank goodness for that too, Crossfit was KILLER this morning!

Here's to breaking into the 50's for the first time in many years. Goal is 56kg in 12 weeks. Ultimate goal will be 52kg 👌

Hey! Awesome! I just cant seem to move past 59...I’ll be grateful to hit 55...but 52 is my goal as well! Pls share any tips if possible! Tx a million! xxx

Hi betty_bloom! Shoot, sorry for this late reply! I've been struggling to get below 63 forever now, but I won't stop until I break into the 50s! I don't have much in terms of tips, sadly. Right now I'm following a carb-cycling meal plan that a personal trainer worked out for me which seems to be working. Too soon to tell 🤔 But I'm also doing Crossfit & running - I hope these two activities will help torch body fat slightly faster. I don't believe that losing weight without exercise is healthy, unless someone's following a diet like keto/carnivore. Also, my mood is rubbish if I don't exercise, so no matter what I eat, I just have to stay committed 😂
