Oh dear! Yesterday went just a little bit wrong! I was way over on my net carbs, although thankfully not on my calories. Ketosticks are showing I'm still in ketosis though, and I probably burned off a lot doing the cleaning yesterday. I was certainly sweating by the time I'd finished doing all the windows, and packing some more things in the kitchen.
It's the sun-dried tomatoes that did for me. God, those things are like crack. So sweet and juicy. I will have to finish the pot on a day when I've kept my carbs really low. Today may qualify. I'll have bacon and egg for brekkie.
