I've stopped weighing myself every day. It makes me crazy. I feel better just weighing in once a week.

I've been weighing myself at night and in the morning. It's crazy how much of a drop there can be from overnight. So my BF thinks I'm a lil crazy because I want to weigh myself so much. I tried waiting once a week but I guess I'm too impatient...lol

I'm very impatient too. I used to weigh myself at night, in the morning, before working out, after working out. Craziness!! I still slip up and weigh myself a couple times a week, but I'm trying to make it only one time. The only one I count on here is my Thursday weigh-in.
