Journal de Eringiffin, 19 déc. 12

I am intermittantly fasting today, but not by design, by the fact that I am too stressed out to eat until after my meeting with my dad and his psychiatrist.

I couldn't sleep last night either. I am not sure why I am so worked up about this but I will be glad when it is over.

So today I am thankful that the meeting is finally here and will be over in about 4 hours from now.

The weigh in didn't go so well. I blew it this weekend and gained about 3 lbs. but I am not stressed about it. I don't have enough strength left to stress about it. I am just making sure I don't totally quit until I can reduce my stress and get back on track.
