Well I had an amazing cruise around Asia and ate some fabulous food! Felt like I never stopped eating! Then I've had ten days back at mum and dads Being spoiled so can't quite work out how I've lost weight, haven't weighed in for over a month because I wanted to do it on he same scales in the same conditions and I didn't log at all in Asia. I did promise myself beforehand I would go to the gym every day and try and get in my 14000 steps apart from travelling days, which I did, in fact we did over 20000 steps each day without even thinking about it. It's my birthday weekend though so I have a couple of big meals out planned, all you can eat Chinese being one and a massive family lunch so that will probably put a bit of weight on me. Stress doesn't help of course, lost my job just before my holiday and also my livelihood because all of my meals used to be provided so time to start catering for myself, no more scoffing at five star establishments!so got to get on the job hunt, ....!
