Oh my gosh! The leftover carb light pizza I made last night made me feel like I was in college again! Yes, I had it for breakfast, although I did warm it! It's a new favorite, but I'm going to have to only use it every two weeks or so. It's got LOT'S of cheese. :0)

Good news! This morning I woke up 190 lbs., barely, but I'm 190! Except for a brief period about 5 years ago, due to diet pills, I haven't seen the 180's since 2001. I so hope that once I start the OWL phase, I will find a permanent way to eat. I don't mind eating this way, but it's challenging. Last time I lost weight, I gained it back very quickly. Although, I was using diet pills and B12 shots, it didn't take long at all to gain it all back and then some.

CHEERS! Today is exciting but just wait 'til I yell at the top of my lungs that I am no longer in the 190's!

Congrats on joining the 190's club! YEAH!! The best thing I can say about Atkins is the longer I am on it, the more I like it. Food has become fun again, adventurous even. I love checking out new recipes, I love to bake, (always did). Such a sense of freedom & confidence to be able to make sweet treats & not be totally driven to eat them ALL. For the first time in my life, I feel in control of my food. PS - Atkins is very easy to do gluten free

Congratulations! That feeling when you get down into a bracket you haven't seen for a long time is great! Going to try that pizza recipe pronto! Squig.x
