I'm doing well. Allergies have stopped as it has been rainy but too much so to exercise outside. But I saw a doctor and he put me on Zyrtec too. I hope to exercise as soon as I can outside once the weather warms up - after the weekend it's supposed to get nice. Somehow my computer lost links to dozens of writer's sites and of course I didn't have them written down in my favorites. Next time I'll write down those sites one by one. It's no big deal as the most important info I have already in a folder and a lot of it is stuff I can't use as I'm not published anyway. I've been busy too much to come on the site as I've been spending a lot of spare time with new friends. They like to overeat carbs. Of course I got criticized about Atkins by some people. But many have seen me in summer clothes recently and remarked about my weight loss. (Of course many gain weight in the winter). So it is worth it to eat salad when everyone is eating cake and ice cream and pizza and french fries and tons of bread! :)
