I got up this morn feeling really good. I didn't really "exercise" yesterday, but stayed well under my RDI. I weighed 2lbs less this morning (175), but decided that weighing in everyday would be a bad idea. Although I do weigh myself everyday to see my fluctuations. I did limit my carbs, but due to dinner I had high blood sugar also. Hmmmm. Substitution of carbs at dinner time may be my best bet.
