down 3 lbs today! makes me more determined to keep at this i have to say thanks!!! for all the advise i have gotten from kmartin and every one else on here that has helped me past my stall and helped me find the carbs that were stoping me!

Awesome girl!!! I think I am over my little stall as well. Everyone is different and different types of carbs affect us all differently. I'm glad you are finding what works for your body.
