I'm going out with my girls tonight! We should have fun. I have a couple of Sparks Lite with me (3.3g carbs each) so I can drink with my friends. Maybe I will play some beer pong with my Sparks! That would be cool. I want to still be able to participate without going off-course :)
Anyways, my day went super well. I made low-carb sushi (I used grated cauliflower instead of rice) which was fantastic, as well as having a sausage ball for breakfast. My dad also grilled some mushrooms for the family, and they were delicious!
Now I get to go pick out what to wear :)
