Dinner tonight: ground turkey brown, then added chunked zucchini and sliced cherry tomato’s, sea salt, pepper, garlic and Italian season for taste, mix in 3/4 cup pesto. I brought it up to a bubbly simmer and added some red wine before putting it on low.

Can serve over quinoa or whatever rice you prefer, pasta- regular, whole wheat or veggie spirals, or enjoy it by itself as it is already a beautiful healthy meal. We are going to place in Joseph’s low carb pitas for those in the home who want something else with it😉😉🤗😋😋

I posted another pic of how to toast up some nice low carb pita pockets without them sticking together as it makes them easier to fill😎😎also how to still use the pita pocket that just didn’t open right.
