I gained everything back plus one pound in tow days I don't know why,this is bullshit.

My body does the same thing. Hard to take but it will go down again.

Take a very critical look at what you have been eating and your activity level. Hard to help you with insufficient information.. if you are doing Keto and eating lots of salt and maybe not adhering to the very low carb thing, you could just be retaining lots of water.. 7 lb is about 3 LITERS.. hope you can find an explanation. Hang in there.

Don’t fall off the wagon. It’s probably poop weight. A cup of coffee and a n early morning walk always gets me going. Keep following your plan, make sure your bowels have enough moisture and soluble fiber (lubricant), and in a few days all that excess baggage will find its way out.

It could also be water weight. Don't get discouraged. More water and coffee will help.

I drink a lot of water every day. The most I have ever seen my weight go up was 7 pounds in just one day! And this is while dieting. I tend to retain water, so I started taking dandelion root and it has helped.

Hey Brittey86! It's normal for your body to put the weight back. Just be patient with yourself and decide to get thin, you will do it. Try Intermittent Fasting, it works well for me, I eat from 2pm to 9pm, I don't eat anything till 2pm again the next day. See what time works for you. You eat for 8 hrs and fast for 16 hrs and you start losing fat. I also was having a very hard time keeping the weight down. Good luck !

Perhaps it's just water retention. If you are sure you have been on a calorie deficit you don't have nothing to worry about.
