Staying off the scale until my next weigh-in (Friday). The Easter weekend has been a naughty one and I have gone above my recommended calories for a few days already by about an extra 15%.
All good because this is a marathon, not a sprint.

1374 kcal Gras: 85,25g | Prot: 64,18g | Glu: 89,70g.   Petit Déjeuner: PnP Double Cream Yoghurt Plain, Bananas, Coffee with Milk. Déjeuner: Tea with Milk, Colman's Hot English Mustard, All Gold Tomato Sauce, Albany Wholewheat Brown Bread, Hard-Boiled Egg. Dîner: Mushrooms, Butter, Spinach, Clover Cheddar Cheese, Egg (Whole). Snacks/Autre: PnP Chunky Chives Cottage Cheese, Willards Original Cut Potato Chips. plus...
