Haven't weighed at all this week and haven't cared. Abundant supplies of seroquel may have been part of the not caring, not sure. It's been nice that its not the first thought to slam my conscious (or even float through the day.) Eating whatever whenever including the traditional chocolate fudge & Terry's chocolate orange. Hence a double check on today's weigh in but am numb no real elation just the feeling of oops I should try harder... I feel safer at 50... But obviously I hadn't noticed one way or the other. It's a number. HNY. Until next week I spose.
