I am going to have to take a different approach to this whole dieting issue. I have lost close to 60 lbs since having my son(15 months ago). I think when I hit my first goal of 180 I let that be an excuse to stop dieting so hard. I felt great, I looked WAY better than I had in a while. I have to look at this as starting over. I mean, I am still overweight, regardless of how much I have lost. I am still a size 14 (albiet, much better than the size 20 I was). But now that I am used to seeing myself at this size, I am beginning to see a fat person again when I look in the mirror. So, I am starting over. I am going to get the new SB Supercharged book ordered, and I am going to start this like new, pretend I did not just lose 60 lbs and start fresh. I have 40 more lbs to lose and am ready to start my new journey.

i have the same problem i was 204 when i started and now i am down to 168 and sometimes i think i am just happy where i am, but then i see the outfit that is STILL hanging on the wall five months after i started. then i remember that ya i look better now than i did then i remember that i can be better and feel better. but i totally understand how you feel. and sometimes i slack really bad. everytime i fall off i just start over. we will get there soon i promise. Ok maybe not soon but we will get there. Good Luck Lynnette

That sounds like a great idea! It's easy to get comfortable when we look SO much better than we did. I'm going through that a bit right now. It's easy to get complacent. That's why so many of us are yo-yo dieters. Good for you for making a fresh start and not settling for less than you want. I'm so glad we have this site for support to help keep us motivated. Let us know how you like the book. Best of luck to you!
