Our dogs graduated from Beginners Training today...yeah...used up half of my calories celebrating at Mcdonalds this morning. But thats okay I'm just gonna have to pull out the big salad for dinner today. No more beating myself up over eating stuff that I have a craving for. Why should I? I have a regular workout schedule and I feel confident that I can stick to my new lifestyle changes...especially since the craving aren't so bad anymore.
