Journal de posterchild66, 02 janv. 13

Wild and loopy past couple of days, not good for weight loss. I did ride on New Years Eve, had some beers with friends.

We had a bunch of crazy foods on New Years Eve of course, and we had a cookout and more crazy foods yesterdays (Chips, Soda, Candy).

I feel like a broken record, but it is time for a refocusing. With the New Year I will get back on the bandwagon. I have a friend who just moved back so it will help me socially in some ways, but probably not good for the old diet. He is laid back though, just spends more time in bars/pubs. I dont really care for that scene.

Anyway, I am glad the holidays are behind us now, and my routine can be normal without parties and banquets popping up.

Hopefully my riding can continue and I can shed this winter weight without problem.

/Cheers, JP

Yep - holidays over - nothing in sight 'til Valentines Day. Don't let your friend keep you off the bandwagon ~ maybe he'll agree to be as much a part of 'your' life as you try to be a part of his. Good work on cycling on NYE. I felt so dull doing my treadmill that night when I felt the rest of the world was partying but that's what it takes, right?
