Woke at 232.6, down 4.6 from yesterday. Fasted all day except for a few whiskies after work. Eating today but I don’t know what. UPDATE: Nice breakfast at a conference I attended. Then ate a chocolate truffle that was offered to me but declined yesterday! Don't know about lunch, but will have a happy hour after work to say farewell to a coworker. UPDATE; Ate half a chicken at lunch as shown in the photo. Stayed out late at happy hour but it was all empty calories by then!
